Job Summary

Mid-Level EIT Project Manager – Cybersecurity Support

Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level EIT Project Manager to support cybersecurity-focused initiatives within an enterprise IT environment. This role requires strong project execution skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence driving teams through ambiguity while adhering to structured processes.

Work Conditions

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional experience in a Healthcare and/or IT environment.

• 1+ year of relevant EIT experience OR 2+ years of experience in a Healthcare and/or IT setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise PMO (ePMO) initiatives by completing assigned tasks and deliverables within defined quality and time standards.

• Assist with tracking project activities, gathering information, and preparing documentation.

• Maintain project artifacts including status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and scheduling documentation.

• Facilitate meetings, capture meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks, issues, and solution opportunities.

• Monitor project progress, escalate risks proactively, and support mitigation strategies.

• Exposure to security or cybersecurity-related projects with the ability to understand technical IT discussions.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.

• Process-driven mindset; comfortable working within structured standards and frameworks.

• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.

• High accountability for deliverables, reporting, and task ownership.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3–5).

Technical Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Intermediate skills with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint, or MS Power Platform are a plus.

• Experience with project management tools such as PPM and Azure DevOps (ADO) is beneficial but can be learned.

Certifications

• PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA certifications are a plus but not required.
