Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring an Email Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise lifecycle and campaign email programs. The role owns deliverability, segmentation, and the experiments that grow open rates, clicks, and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute lifecycle, nurture, and broadcast email campaigns

- Build and maintain segmentation and dynamic content logic

- Manage email automation workflows and triggers

- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times

- Monitor deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics

- Partner with content, design, and growth on integrated campaigns


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years in email marketing or lifecycle marketing

- Hands-on with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, or Iterable

- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and automation

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email

- Solid understanding of deliverability and email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

- Strong copy instincts and analytical bias
