🧩 Your Mission

As our Marketing Manager, you will build and optimize the marketing engine, using vendors, modern tools, Ai, and automation.

You will:

  • Define the strategy
  • Build the funnels and campaigns
  • Execute content and distribution
  • Measure performance
  • Utilize vendors where necessary
  • Then scale what works


🧠 What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Build & Optimize Marketing Funnels (Hands-On)

  • Design and build funnels in platforms like:
  • GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/funnel tools)
  • Create and optimize:
  • Landing pages
  • Lead magnets
  • Email sequences
  • Conversion paths
  • Continuously test and improve conversion rates


2. Content Creation & Ai-Driven Marketing

  • Use Ai tools (ChatGPT and others) to:
  • Develop blog content
  • Create video scripts
  • Generate email campaigns
  • Build Q&A content for SEO and AEO
  • Create supporting visuals in Canva:
  • Social graphics
  • Presentation slides
  • Lead magnets
  • Work closely with video/editor resources, but able to direct and initiate content independently


3. Multi-Channel Execution

  • Execute across:
  • Email marketing
  • YouTube and video strategy (we have over 1,000,000 views on YouTube)
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) content planning
  • Paid campaigns (Pay Per Click (PPC))—strategy + oversight
  • Launch campaigns quickly, iterate based on results
  • Develop Trade show materials and promotion


4. Strategy + Tactical Planning

  • Define the marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Translate into a clear, executable plan
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives (not busy work)


5. Leadership & EOS Integration

  • Attend weekly Leadership Level 10 (L10) meetings
  • Provide insights on:
  • Performance
  • Opportunities
  • Strategic direction
  • Help align marketing with company Rocks and priorities


6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track:
  • Leads
  • Conversion rates
  • Funnel performance
  • Campaign ROI
  • Use data to:
  • Double down on what works
  • Eliminate what doesn’t
  • Build dashboards or simple reporting systems as needed


7. Scale What Works

  • Once systems are proven:
  • Delegate execution to internal team or vendors
  • Maintain ownership of strategy and quality
  • Build repeatable systems that drive predictable growth
