About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience who enjoys working across multiple client accounts, analyzing performance, and making data-driven improvements. You’ll manage a portfolio of client campaigns while collaborating with our team on strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Manage and optimize Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed)
- Support a portfolio of client accounts (number of accounts will scale with hours)
- Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Assist with ad copywriting, creative direction, and A/B testing
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and contribute to reporting insights
- Identify opportunities to improve performance

Qualifications
- Located in the United States; Eastern Time Zone preferred for team collaboration but not required
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
