Job Description


Location: Remote (U.S.-based, preferably Eastern Time Zone)

Employment Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience who enjoys working across multiple client accounts, analyzing performance, and making data-driven improvements. You’ll manage a portfolio of client campaigns while collaborating with our team on strategy and execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Manage and optimize Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed)
  • Support a portfolio of client accounts (number of accounts will scale with hours)
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Assist with ad copywriting, creative direction, and A/B testing
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute to reporting insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance


Qualifications

  • Located in the United States; Eastern Time Zone preferred for team collaboration but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment


Nice to Have

  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and graphic design


Compensation

  • Hourly rate based on experience ($30–$50+/hour)
