AI Consultant / AI Product Owner (Dutch Speaking)

Fully Remote (Europe) | Up to €85,000 | Occasional Travel


We’re hiring a Dutch-speaking AI Consultant to work with a large customer service organisation in the Netherlands, focusing on automated contact centre journeys (voice and digital bots).

This is a consultative, client-facing role where you’ll shape how AI is used to improve customer experience, increase containment, and drive operational efficiency.


What you’ll be doing

  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to design and optimise automated customer journeys
  • Provide guidance on AI, conversational design, and CX best practice
  • Analyse performance and identify improvements across containment, AHT, NPS and call deflection
  • Turn business requirements into clear, structured use cases for development teams
  • Identify new opportunities for automation and help prioritise delivery
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams


What we’re looking for

  • Fluent/Native Dutch (essential) – including cultural nuance and natural conversation
  • Proven experience working on customer journey automation / conversational bots
  • Strong consultancy skills – able to lead workshops, influence decisions, and drive consensus
  • Experience within contact centre / customer service environments
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to bring structure, clarity, and direction in client-facing settings


Nice to have

  • Experience in telco, utilities, or retail environments
  • Exposure to conversational AI tools or CX platforms


Fully remote across Europe, with occasional travel for stakeholder sessions.

Salary up to €85,000.
