We run a performance marketing agency helping e-commerce brands scale revenue through paid advertising, creative strategy, and conversion optimization.
Most agencies stop at running ads. We go further β we test offers, optimize funnels, improve landing pages, and build the complete system that actually makes brands grow.
We treat every client's business like it matters. Because it does.
We now manage multiple e-commerce clients and we're growing. We have a small focused team of media buyers, a designer/creative strategist, and video editors. The operation runs. But right now too much of it runs through me.
π Mission
To ensure NEVO Agency runs smoothly without the founder in the middle of everything β keeping clients happy, holding the team accountable, and driving creative strategy so the founder can focus entirely on growth of the agency.
π Outcomes β First 90 Days
By Day 30:
- Full understanding of all client accounts β knows the goals, the status, and the current issues
- Weekly tasks set for media buyers/designers/strategists in ClickUp with clear deadlines and ownership
- Handling all Slack client communication independently. Response time under 1 hour during working time.
- Pre-launch QA checklist enforced for every campaign. Zero unreviewed launches
- Briefing designer and video editors directly without founder involvement
- Reviewing and giving feedback to assets designers made, sending to the clients for review.
By Day 60:
- Media buyers output reviewed weekly. Errors caught before reaching clients
- Creative testing framework in place across at least 5 accounts
- Monthly/weekly performance reports delivered for all clients on time without founder input
- Actively joining client calls with founder, beginning to take lead in conversations
By Day 90:
- Founder spending less than 2 hours per week on operational tasks
- Leading most client calls independently
- At least one new process built that reduces recurring errors or saves team time
- Creative output quality improved, fewer revision rounds with designers and editors

π Responsibilities
Team Management
- Set weekly tasks for the team in ClickUp with clear expectations and deadlines
- Review their campaign output and catch errors before they impact clients
- Give direct feedback when standards are not met
- Document recurring issues and build processes to prevent them
- Be the first point of escalation when team hits a problem
Creative Strategy & Production (bigger view)
- Analyze account performance data to identify what creative angles are working and what aren't
- Develop creative concepts and testing hypotheses for each client
- Write clear briefs for the designer and video editors
- Review all creative output before it reaches clients
- Maintain a creative testing system across all accounts
Client Communication
- Own all written client communication in Slack
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for every client
- Join client calls with the founder β gradually take the lead over 60-90 days
- Flag client risk early β declining results, no response, dissatisfaction
- Never let a client problem surprise the founder
Operations
- Maintain SOPs and checklists in ClickUp
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Use AI tools actively to improve speed and quality of work
- Keep everything documented β if it's not written down it doesn't exist
