What You Bring

• Strong backend experience (Python preferred – FastAPI or similar)
• Experience building and scaling APIs & backend services

• Own and scale core backend services & APIs (verification, workflows, AI features, integrations)
• Design and build secure, reliable backend systems
• Work across cloud and on-prem deployments
• Contribute to architecture decisions and product direction
• Write clean, well-tested code as part of day-to-day development
