This role involves providing expert cybersecurity customer support to German-speaking clients, contributing to their security and success. Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and technical inquiries accurately within CRM systems

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial
