Senior Product Manager/Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to join a high-impact technology team building a custom solution for complex data processing in a highly specialized domain.

This role is heavily focused on execution, ownership, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with internal teams and client-side stakeholders to drive product decisions, prioritize requirements, and deliver solutions in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.

This is an opportunity to work on a highly complex product, where success depends on your ability to navigate multiple perspectives, learn quickly, and lead conversations that shape the product.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Product Execution & Delivery

• Lead the execution of product initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable plans
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing across multiple inputs and stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features

Own Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and client stakeholders
• Manage multiple stakeholders with different perspectives, priorities, and levels of expertise
• Lead discussions, align expectations, and drive decision-making
• Handle complex and sometimes conflicting inputs, bringing clarity and direction

• Present proposals and defend product decisions when needed

Drive Ownership & Decision-Making

• Take full ownership of the product area, driving initiatives forward even with limited information
• Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and move work forward
• Navigate ambiguity and help define requirements when they are not clearly established
• Act as a key driver in shaping the product alongside stakeholders

Learn & Navigate Complex Domains

• Quickly understand a complex business domain (actuarial / financial logic)
• Work closely with domain experts to translate knowledge into product decisions
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the product

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner

• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including handling multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
• Proven ability to prioritize requirements in complex, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, with the ability to lead discussions and drive decisions

• Strong ability to learn complex business domains quickly
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering)
• Experience working with external clients or stakeholders is a strong plus

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
