We design and build websites for both eCommerce brands and B2B companies, and we're growing fast. That's where you come in.
The Role
We're looking for a full-time Web Designer to join our team and help us deliver standout work for multiple clients. You'll receive creative direction from our Design Manager along with a page brief that includes copy, and your job is to bring it to life with mockups for both mobile and desktop.
We don't do templatey. We need someone who thinks creatively about layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling, and who can turn a brief into a design that feels considered and on-brand.

Design mobile and desktop mockups in Figma based on creative direction and page briefs. Iterate quickly based on feedback from the Design Manager and project leads. Maintain consistency across pages while keeping each project visually fresh. Pay close attention to spacing, typography, and the small details that separate good from great.
What we're looking for
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio that proves it
- Proficiency in Figma (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Sharp attention to detail
- Comfort working async with minimal hand-holding
- Experience designing for both eCommerce and B2B is a big plus

Full-time, fully remote. We're hiring in Eastern Europe but the company is U.S. based. You'll work on EST hours loosely, with just a few hours of overlap per week for feedback sessions. The rest is fully async, so as long as the work gets done well and on time, your schedule is yours.
