Senior Graphic Designer for E-commerce and Digital Marketing

This role is focused on creating high-impact visual content that drives performance across global e-commerce marketplaces, with a strong emphasis on Amazon and digital retail platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, agency-style environment supporting multiple brand partners across diverse industries, from emerging startups to established global brands. The position requires a blend of creative excellence and commercial awareness, where design decisions directly influence product visibility, conversion, and marketplace success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling, data-informed creative assets tailored for different platforms and audiences. Accountabilities

• Design high-quality digital marketing and e-commerce creatives for brand partners across multiple industries and marketplaces.
• Develop visually compelling assets optimized for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with platform requirements and best practices.
• Apply strong principles of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy to produce effective designs.
• Adapt creative output across different formats, screen sizes, and platforms including desktop and mobile.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, iterating designs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to creative discussions, offering design solutions and improvements.
• Support or guide junior designers when required, contributing to team development and creative consistency.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in an agency environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing for Amazon or e-commerce platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory.
• Proven experience creating high-performing e-commerce and digital marketing visuals.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and creative capability.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Amazon platform design standards is highly preferred.
