To achieve this, we are building playad.ai, a multi-agent marketing workflow designed to support the full creative lifecycle—briefing, production, experimentation, measurement, and iteration. We are starting by revolutionizing interactive ads for global brands, but our ultimate goal is to become the foundational infrastructure for all creative marketing. Backed by world-class investors like BRV Capital and Mirae Asset, we are a high-density team of "Givers" building for a J-curve growth trajectory. We aren't just building a tool; we are building the ground where the future of advertising is defined.


The Role

At GIGR, we are in the most intense early stage—building both product and market at the same time. We move fast, learn from failure, and immediately turn insights into the next experiment. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Performance Marketer who can maximize results with limited resources. This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will own the full cycle of hypothesis, experimentation, data analysis, and optimization, directly contributing to business growth.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and sales—you won’t just run campaigns, you’ll shape messaging, influence product decisions through real user insights, and help define how we go to market, directly tying acquisition to revenue. It’s also a highly hands-on position where you’ll move fast from idea to execution—launching campaigns, running experiments, analyzing performance, and iterating in rapid cycles with no separation between strategy and execution. At our stage, marketing is the growth engine of the company, and your ability to quickly test, learn, and scale what works will directly define our trajectory, making this one of the most critical roles in building GIGR’s future.


Responsibilities
  • Architect high-performing campaigns—design creatives and targeting, ship experiments, and optimize continuously to reduce CAC and increase ROAS
  • Build and launch A/B testing frameworks—experiment across creatives, audiences, and landing flows, then iterate to increase conversion rates and LTV
  • Partner with product and design—translate user insights into messaging and experience, ship improvements, and scale engagement and retention
  • Discover new growth channels—test emerging platforms and tactics, validate performance, and scale what drives efficient acquisition
  • Own performance analytics—analyze data, surface actionable insights, and iterate quickly to improve funnel efficiency and campaign throughput.


You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition, with a history of scaling paid campaigns and driving measurable revenue impact.
  • Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of creative strategy, audience targeting, and experimentation.
  • Foundational Mindset: Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a strong bias toward building structure, frameworks, and repeatable growth systems from zero.
  • Technical/Domain Mastery: Strong command of paid acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), with the ability to independently diagnose funnel performance and optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates from first principles.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to translate complex performance data and experimentation results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a “bottom-line first” mindset.
  • Fluency in English: Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English across written, verbal, and cross‑functional contexts.


Preferred Experience
  • Experience with analytics and growth tools such as GA4, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or similar performance tracking stacks in high-velocity environments.
  • Previous experience as a founding or early growth hire at a startup, ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or performance-driven product companies.
