Full-Time Bug Tester (QA Tester)

Role Description

This is a full time, remote Bug Tester (QA Tester) role based in Jordan, averaging 40-45 hours per week. The Bug Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, conducting manual testing across applications, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring high quality standards for all deliverables. The role also includes working with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaborating to improve existing testing processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly

• Proficiency in Test Execution and Test Cases management
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and troubleshooting issues
• Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and best practices
• Experience or familiarity with Manual Testing
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
