Role: Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: Up to €85,000

Location: Malta, fully remote

A fast-scaling, AI-enabled property technology business is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to support the platform and systems underpinning a rapidly growing, acquisition-led business.

Backed by significant funding and scaling quickly through technology and automation, the business is building modern infrastructure capable of supporting high-growth products, AI-enabled workflows and large-scale operational systems.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in modern cloud environments, thrives in fast-moving engineering teams and is comfortable operating with high ownership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build, manage and improve cloud infrastructure across modern production environments
• Support scalable deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve reliability, performance and security
• Manage and optimise AWS-based infrastructure and services
• Support containerised environments using Docker and related tooling
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to operational issues where required
• Help shape infrastructure standards and engineering best practices

What you’ll need:

• Strong commercial experience within Infrastructure, Platform or DevOps Engineering
• Strong AWS experience across modern cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised systems
• Experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability and infrastructure security
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced engineering environments
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute across multiple systems
