About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our core business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations, and IT, to create seamless, high-performance web solutions. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve user experience, and support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to innovation and operational excellence. Initially, the role is based remotely from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period of approximately 12 months, depending on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly with React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with databases and version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with web server management, including Apache and Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving skills within operational environments.
• Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycles and UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, and system testing (automated testing experience is a plus).

• Ability to work proactively, collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to liaise with yard staff, operations, and accounts teams to ensure seamless integration of web solutions.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, and research-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with OCR frameworks is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman after the probation period, if required.
• Adaptability to the Middle Eastern working environment and collaboration with onsite depot/yard operations teams.
