Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage and support enterprise PeopleSoft environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, upgrades, performance tuning, and environment management, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal system performance across all environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PeopleSoft environment setup, maintenance, cloning, and troubleshooting activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and patching of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools.
- Administer and monitor key components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker.
- Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades, including applying PUM images and tax updates using Change Assistant.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams for code migrations, configurations, and data movement across environments.
- Manage PeopleSoft security, including LDAP integration, SSL setup, roles & permissions, and firewall configurations.
- Optimize system performance by tuning application servers, web servers, and database connections.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues related to performance, integrations, and system failures.
- Coordinate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure system uptime and compliance.
- Mentor junior administrators and provide support for training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, and Change Assistant.
- Expertise in WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and environment management.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of security configurations including LDAP, SSL, and access control.
- Familiarity with database technologies (Oracle preferred) and infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
