Onstruc is a Berlin-based startup on a mission to offer innovative solutions for the construction facility management industry, focusing on documentation and supervision via our very own innovative photo app. We’re a mature startup and we are proud to be working with a growing number of customers. We are a remote team, all seniors in our area of expertise.

To match the new and growing demands of our customers we are redoing the complete stack of our product, including UX/UI (Almost no legacy CI). That's why we are looking for you, to join our team and further strengthen our organisation!

About The Position

We are looking for someone with a unique blend of skills in UX/UI, preferably experienced in the entire product design process. Our ideal candidate has a solid background in both web and mobile designs and is able to apply their skills and experience to both the conceptual and the visual aspects of the role. We are flexible when it comes to working hours. We are happy to employ the right candidate full time, or work with them on a freelance basis.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Research and analyse customer needs, help drive concepts to further improve the customer experience
• Wireframe concepts to enable maximising the best possible user experience and relaunch the product
• Visually represent concepts and ideas, create your design for web and mobile applications (responsive)
• You will also help us with other additional graphic design work to ensure professional presentation of our company across various platforms and interactions
  
  

Your Experience

• 3- 5 years of solid experience in both UX/UI,
• Skilled with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Skilled in both UX and UI for mobile and web, preferably have already taken part in/supported the entire product design process
• Ability to focus on the big picture, while happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience working in a start-up environment is a definite bonus!
