About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Growth & Marketing Consultant to play a key role in shaping and delivering the next phase of growth. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you’ll be instrumental in defining, launching and executing a new marketing strategy, while also supporting business development and account growth activity.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for someone who combines client‑facing experience with strong digital marketing capability, and who wants real influence over how an agency positions itself and wins work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Play a central role in creating and delivering the agency’s new marketing strategy, working alongside the Head of Business Development
- Translate strategic objectives into practical, measurable marketing initiatives
- Own the execution of marketing activity across digital channels, ensuring consistency of message and impact
- Track performance, analyse results and refine the approach based on data and insight
Business Development & Client Growth
- Support new business activity including opportunity identification, proposals and follow‑ups
- Work on developing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts
- Participate in client conversations to understand needs, challenges and potential opportunities
- Maintain visibility of pipeline activity and contribute to growth planning

Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Deliver and optimise campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Support content, messaging and positioning to strengthen market visibility
- Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance and demonstrate ROI
Collaboration & Insight
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to understand services and ensure marketing reflects real capability
- Provide clear insights, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Contribute ideas around service positioning, packaging and go‑to‑market opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential

- Experience in business development, account management or client services, ideally in a digital, marketing or consultancy environment
- Proven involvement in digital marketing delivery (campaigns, channels, performance tracking)
- Confidence contributing to strategy as well as executing day‑to‑day activity
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
Desirable
- Experience helping shape or evolve a marketing or growth strategy
- Familiarity with GA, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of digital platforms, web development or technical delivery (not hands‑on)
