L2 NOC Engineer (Network Operations Center)

We are seeking a support-focused L2 NOC Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining enterprise network environments, with a strong emphasis on Fortinet firewalls and security infrastructure.

The selected candidate will act as a frontline engineer responsible for alert monitoring, ticket logging, initial troubleshooting, and escalation across live customer networks, primarily supporting UK and US-based clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with IT support or NOC experience who are looking to build hands-on networking skills and progress into L3 engineering roles over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Systems & Networking, or Information Technology from a reputed university
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on industry experience managing networking solutions for enterprises or service providers
• Mandatory certification: Fortinet NSE 4 Network Security Professional
• Preferred certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate
