What you'll own
- Senior client relationships across a portfolio of multi-channel accounts
- Strategic oversight of marketing plans, ensuring measurable performance outcomes
- Media buying across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and display channels
- Data analytics and performance reporting — building the story behind the numbers
- Cross-functional coordination: creative, copy, strategy, and analytics
- Championing AI-enabled thinking while keeping a distinctly human touch in every campaign
What you bring
- 10+ years of total professional experience in marketing
- At least 2 years in an agency environment
- At least 2 years in higher education marketing or enrolment marketing
- Proven track record as a full-stack marketer — strategy through to execution
- Hands-on media buying experience across major paid channels
- Strong analytics mindset — you make decisions from data, not instinct alone
- Familiarity with AI tools and how to integrate them into marketing workflows
- Excellent communication skills for senior-level client engagement
- A degree in a business-related discipline is an asset (no data analytics degree required)
