About The Role

SentiLink is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across our business and go-to-market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Operations. You will also have the opportunity to support technical hiring as needed, providing a comprehensive talent acquisition experience. As a key strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, you will leverage your market insights, sound judgment, and high standards to attract top-tier talent. Your contributions will directly influence the company's growth trajectory and help build high-performing teams that drive innovation and success. This remote position is based in the U.S., offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the country. Given the high-priority nature of this role, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with an emphasis on moving swiftly to secure the best talent.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
  • Proven expertise in hiring for business and GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Business Operations
  • Willingness and ability to support technical hiring when necessary
  • Demonstrated success in influencing hiring decisions and closing high-quality candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of talent markets with the ability to advise on role positioning and candidate calibration
  • Experience utilizing data and funnel metrics to inform recruiting strategies and optimize outcomes
  • Proficiency in building and refining recruiting processes and workflows
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters or sourcers (preferred)
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, preferably Ashby
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building values-aligned teams
  • Willingness to travel approximately six times per year for company events and meetups
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country
  • Located in Austin or willing to work from the office preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete lifecycle of recruiting for business and GTM roles, ensuring successful hiring outcomes
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing market insights, setting realistic expectations, and influencing hiring decisions
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies across various business functions, with flexibility to support technical hiring
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks through funnel analysis
  • Lead interview strategy, candidate evaluation, and decision-making processes to uphold high standards and consistency
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to prioritize efforts, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall hiring effectiveness
  • Manage complex or high-priority searches, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and timely delivery
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or sourcers, fostering team growth and development
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, candidate experience, and workflow consistency
  • Maintain operational rigor within applicant tracking systems and across recruiting workflows to ensure data integrity and process adherence
