About The Role

As a GTM Recruiter at DualEntry, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our talent acquisition function across the USA, EU, and LATAM regions. This is a unique opportunity to build the recruitment process from the ground up, shaping how we attract and hire top-tier talent in engineering, AI/ML, product, go-to-market, and leadership roles. You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling candidate experiences, and implement sourcing strategies that attract exceptional candidates in highly competitive markets. Your responsibilities will include managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and closing candidates—ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every applicant. You will also develop and refine our employer brand, establish scalable processes, and utilize analytics to optimize recruitment efforts. This role demands a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to building a high-performing team that will drive DualEntry’s growth and success in the AI and fintech industries.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth startups
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative and strategic methods
  • Experience building recruiting functions from scratch, including ATS workflows and candidate experience systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize sourcing channels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with founders and hiring managers
  • High agency, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry, particularly AI/ML, engineering, and product roles
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-trust environment with high expectations
  • Experience working in or with high-growth startups is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
  • Source, engage, and attract top talent using innovative sourcing techniques and market insights
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, technical assessments, and market positioning
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
  • Design and continuously improve candidate experience touchpoints to reflect DualEntry’s high standards
  • Build and maintain a scalable, repeatable recruiting process with reporting and analytics to measure success
  • Establish and promote the employer brand and candidate value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring processes and ensure alignment with company goals
