JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Responsabilities
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using TypeScript.
- Implement testing across layers with Jest (unit/integration) and Playwright (E2E/API).
- Automate testing for Node.js/NestJS, React, and React Native applications.
- Define automation architecture focused on scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to improve speed, stability, and feedback cycles.
- Design robust test data strategies (factories, fixtures, seeds, isolation).
- Apply advanced practices (contract, performance, or accessibility testing).
- Detect and resolve test flakiness to ensure a reliable automation suite.
- Drive shift-left testing, define quality gates, and improve test strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure testability and clear acceptance criteria.
- Track key quality metrics (defect leakage, MTTR, flakiness, execution time).

Job Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
- 7+ years of professional as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
- Strong background in automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright and Jest (E2E, API, integration).
- Experience testing Node.js/NestJS, React.
- Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, cloud, and observability.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Strong test data management (factories, fixtures, seeds, isolation).
- Experience with performance, contract, or accessibility testing.
- Strong debugging skills across frontend, backend, and mobile.
- Experience with quality metrics and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of OWASP basics and security testing.
