As a Product Manager at RedGIFs, you will be responsible for owning the opportunity and solution backlogs, prioritizing discovery, validation, and implementation to deliver an optimized user and creator experience. You will work closely with our engineering, data science, and UX/UI design teams to analyze user data, manage the product backlog, and launch high-impact features that meet both user needs and business goals.

About the Company

RedGIFs is a bold, creator-first adult social media platform that empowers content creators to share and grow their work in an open, sex-positive environment. With over 55 million monthly visits, we’re home to thousands of professional creators who connect with fans, promote their services, and build communities on their own terms.

We operate in a fast-moving, fully remote environment that thrives on collaboration, agility, and innovation. Our culture is friendly, inclusive, and growth-oriented — we believe in building openly, moving quickly, and supporting each other every step of the way.

  • Agile Environment: Scrum-based agile working environment.
  • Skill Development: Various stipends to support your growth and learning.
  • Birthday Gifts: Celebrating your special day with a thoughtful birthday gift.

About You
  • Proven experience in an experiment-led environment, utilizing A/B testing, product optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong analytical background, with the ability to leverage market research, usage metrics, and user feedback to define scoping, requirements, and prioritization.
  • Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements, with a constructive ability to challenge stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Familiarity with user research and customer experience mapping, specifically in identifying key touchpoints and translating user insights into features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you are highly people-friendly, empathetic, and excellent at bringing cross-functional teams along on the product journey.

About the Role

This is a full-time role requiring the following tasks and deliverables:

  • Act as the Product Owner, managing elements of the product life cycle, prioritizing requirements, developing roadmaps, and entirely owning the product backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, and Leadership) to facilitate communication, manage stakeholder relationships, and handle issue resolution effectively.
  • Design, roll out, and analyze product trials, feature experiments, and launches, monitoring product performance to drive further optimization.
  • Apply data collection and measurement techniques to routinely evaluate data methods, generate reports, and measure product performance.

About the Tech
  • Product & Project Management Tools: Trello (or similar agile tracking software)
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms
  • Collaboration Ecosystem: Figma (for reviewing design assets), Slack, and Notion
