Job Description
U.S.-based candidates only (must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future)
We’re building software for the electric utility industry using modern tools and an AI-first development approach. Many teams are still experimenting with AI, we’re already using it as an integral part of our development process. The industry is booming and our company is growing.
We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who works the same way. Someone who moves quickly, ships often, and uses AI tools as a natural part of their workflow. This role is best suited for early to mid-career engineers who want to accelerate their growth by working on real systems, with real users, in a fast-moving environment. If you're skeptical about AI as an accelerant for coding, or thinking you should really get around to figuring out what it's about soon, this role is not for you.
The Role
You’ll work on production applications used by major utilities, building and shipping features end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership; you’ll be expected to take ideas from rough concept to production quickly, using the full stack and whatever tools help you move fastest.
You won’t be limited to narrowly scoped tasks, this is an opportunity to make a real world impact by doing meaningful work from day one.
