As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Performance Marketing Team Coordinator to support the daily operations, execution, and reporting workflows of the Performance Marketing team.
This role acts as the operational backbone of the team — ensuring campaigns,reporting processes, communication flows, and cross-functional coordination run efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.The position is ideal for someone who wants to grow within digital marketing and gain exposure to performance strategy, campaign operations, analytics, and stakeholder management.
Your role at HFM:
- Coordinate daily workflows across performance marketing activities.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and process tracking.
- Coordinate communication between Marketing, Design, BI/Data, Product, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure alignment across teams.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and operational updates.
- Support process optimization initiatives within the performance marketing function.
- Help improve team workflows, documentation standards, and operational efficiency.
- Track project progress and escalate blockers when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Organize team schedules, meetings, and recurring operational reviews.
- Support vendor/platform account management and access coordination.
- Maintain internal documentation and campaign archives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or analytical support roles.
- Experience in fintech, forex, iGaming, or high-performance acquisition environments.
- Exposure to performance marketing environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and KPIs.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards is a plus.
