Job Description
A FinTech company is seeking a strong technical leader to develop its proprietary CRM platform and integrate AI solutions into the company’s product and business processes.
The CRM is already live in production, and the MVP has been successfully launched. The next stage of product development involves the active use of AI and process automation.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the development and analytics team (7 people)
• Developing and scaling the CRM platform
• Designing the architecture and making technical decisions
• Setting tasks and monitoring their completion
• Liaising with the CEO and business team
• Identifying, evaluating and implementing AI solutions
• Process automation and improving product efficiency

Requirements:
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more people
• Experience in developing CRM systems or complex B2B products with large volumes of structured data
• Proficiency in Python
• Practical experience in implementing AI solutions or working with modern AI tools
• Experience in designing the architecture of complex systems
• English at B2 level or above, advanced Russian or Ukrainian
• Ability to make independent decisions and lead a project
The following would be an advantage:
• Experience in FinTech
• Experience in building scoring or analytical systems
