Senior IAM Engineer / IAM Consultant | Remote India
We are currently looking for a Senior IAM Engineer / IAM Consultant to join a highly technical in-house Identity & Access Management team supporting enterprise-scale security initiatives.
This role focuses on IAM engineering, automation, identity protection, SSO, governance, and access provisioning across modern enterprise identity platforms.
Role Overview
Clients Location: Pune, India (100% Remote)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until 30 June 2027 + possibilities of extensions
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and support enterprise IAM solutions and services

• Work with technologies such as AD, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, IGA, PAM, and PKI
• Implement and support SSO solutions using Ping Identity, Entra ID, or similar tools
• Drive automation and integration of IAM provisioning processes
• Identify security gaps, identity anomalies, and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders on IAM-related activities
• Support IAM governance, compliance, and identity protection initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvements and innovation within IAM operations
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer / IAM Consultant
• Strong expertise in:
• Active Directory
• Entra ID / Azure AD
• MFA & Conditional Access
