Your Profile & DNA:
We are seeking an experienced PAM & Azure IAM Engineer to configure, integrate, and support enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PAM technologies, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, RBAC, and Identity Governance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and support centralized PAM solutions across: On-premises environments, Hybrid infrastructures, Multi-cloud platforms
- Enable and manage secure privileged access for: Personal privileged accounts, Non-personal/service accounts
- Implement and manage core PAM capabilities, including: Just-in-Time (JIT) access with time-bound and role-based provisioning, Session recording and monitoring, Real-time alerting and forensic traceability, Credential vaulting and lifecycle management, Automated password rotation
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to onboard high-risk systems and applications into the PAM platform.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing IAM and identity platforms, including: Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory (AD), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), RBAC frameworks
- Support compliance with regional regulatory, audit, and data protection requirements.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for: Configurations, Onboarding procedures, Audit controls, Operational processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related technical issues, integration challenges, and onboarding blockers.
- Contribute to PAM and IAM architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and operational optimization efforts within IAM/PAM environments.

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise PAM solutions and privileged access controls.
- Experience supporting PAM deployments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in Azure IAM technologies and processes, including: Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory (AD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance
- Strong understanding of: Privileged account lifecycle management, Credential vaulting, Session recording and monitoring, JIT access models, Access governance and compliance
- Experience integrating PAM solutions with IAM/IGA platforms and enterprise directories.
- Knowledge of security compliance, audit controls, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
