As a Software Test Engineer, you will be part of a technical development or system team and take responsibility for testing activities across complex software environments.
You will contribute to the quality and reliability of software used in demanding aerospace and space applications.

- Specify and implement test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Develop and improve test automation using existing and new technologies
- Execute and maintain simulation-based and hardware-supported tests
- Perform and maintain regression tests
- Analyze software defect reports and verify bug fixes
- Prepare test reports and technical documentation
- Present current test results to internal stakeholders
- Take ownership of testing activities within development or system teams
- Maintain and further develop internal test applications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
- Solid knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies
- Good experience with Java, Python, and XML
- Experience working in an agile project environment
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus
- Knowledge of aerospace, aviation, or space industry processes is a strong advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong quality mindset, team spirit, and communication skills
