Job Description


Location: Fully Remote

Experience Level: Minimum 2 years (hands-on)

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC Offered: INR 2.5 to 5.0 LPA (based on skills and results)

Work Setup: Must have your own personal PC or laptop and stable internet

What You Will Do

  • Plan and run social media campaigns end to end (strategy, content plan, execution, reporting)
  • SEO (must have): on-page SEO, basic technical SEO checks, keyword research, content SEO, link building support
  • Google Ads (must have): Search, Display, remarketing (bonus if you can handle Performance Max)
  • Track performance using analytics tools and improve results with clear action plans
  • Work on multiple projects at once and manage priorities properly
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports in simple language for non-technical stakeholders

Must Have Skills

  • Strong SEO knowledge with real results (rank improvements, traffic growth, leads)
  • Strong Google Ads knowledge (campaign setup, targeting, keywords, ad copy, conversions)
  • Social media campaign handling (Meta + Instagram minimum; bonus for LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Good communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ads Manager, keyword tools

Good To Have

  • Content planning and basic design sense (Canva)
  • Experience with WordPress or Shopify marketing
  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking (pixel, GTM)
