You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and guide customers through effective solutions.
- Experience using support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
