Job Description


Our client is seeking a Freelance SEO + AIEO Specialist to support demand generation and lead growth across domestic and international markets. This is a highly hands-on opportunity for a digital marketing expert who can evaluate search performance, uncover growth opportunities, and implement strategies that improve inbound marketing results and lead generation.


Start: Mid to late June

Pay Range: $50-60/hr.

Location: Fully remote

Hours: Approximately 20+ hours per week

Schedule: Flexible, with availability for 1–2 recurring meetings per week

Equipment: Must provide own computer

Interview Process: 1–2 rounds


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Evaluate existing product pages and search visibility across the U.S., UK, Germany, and broader EU markets
  • Identify gaps in search presence and recommend opportunities to increase inbound traffic and lead generation
  • Optimize SEO and paid search performance to improve visibility, engagement, and ROI
  • Support and help scale AIEO initiatives and optimization strategies
  • Analyze audits, search traffic, and campaign performance data to guide impactful marketing decisions
  • Recommend and implement improvements related to schema markup, backlink strategy, and overall search engine visibility
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve channel performance and increase MQL generation
  • Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations in recurring stakeholder meetings


Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SEO and AIEO-focused digital marketing
  • Strong expertise across SEO strategy, paid search optimization, schema markup, backlinking, and SEMrush
  • Ability to analyze reporting data and audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Salesforce MQL/channel reporting
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a lean, fast-moving marketing team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance insights and opportunities
