Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful visualizations.
- Build intuitive dashboards with strong focus on storytelling and user experience.
- Support Tableau-to-Power BI migration and reporting modernization initiatives.
- Develop and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Support BI platform administration, access management, monitoring, and deployment activities.

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of BI Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Azure experience (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, Databricks, etc.).
- Strong SQL, DAX, and Power Query skills.
- Dashboard development, data visualization, and storytelling.
- Data modeling and enterprise data warehouse experience.
- BI migration experience (preferably Tableau to Power BI).
- Experience with BI governance, security, and performance optimization.
