We are seeking a Trilingual Assistant/Concierge to provide exceptional administrative support and white-glove relocation care for our international faculty and staff.
In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between administrative excellence and community integration. You will manage executive schedules, design high-impact presentations, and act as the primary guide for foreign staff navigating government documentation, banking, and local culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Government & Legal Paperwork: Assist international staff with processing essential Mexican documentation, including CURP, RFC, IMSS, and opening local bank accounts.
- Document Translation: Review, verify, and translate relevant institutional and legal documentation into English.
- Personalized Onboarding: Guide employees through their educational benefits and offer curated recommendations on local courses, events, and tourist attractions to help them settle in.
- Director Support: Manage calendars carefully, design executive presentations (via PowerPoint and Canva), and take precise meeting minutes.
- Database & File Management: Oversee, update, and secure confidential area databases and physical files in strict compliance with privacy policies.
- Communication Hub: Handle office correspondence, respond to emails, manage phone calls, and greet visitors by generating secure QR access codes.
- Event Coordination: Provide full logistical backing for meetings and division events, managing room bookings, furniture setups, equipment, and catering.

- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree completed.
- Languages: Trilingual absolute fluency is required (Spanish, English, and French), with excellent verbal and written communication skills across all three.
