- Provide tier 1–2 support, endpoint management and onboarding/offboarding.
- Administer SaaS and cloud identity/access (SSO, MFA) and IT asset management.
- Build automation and scripts to streamline support and provisioning workflows.
- Service Desk lead track: manage queue, SLAs, ticketing operations and a small support team.
- AWS / cloud admin
- Scripting (Python)
- SQL (basic)
- Familiarity with cloud/SaaS administration (incl. AWS), scripting for automation
