Job Description


Position Overview

Minder Memory Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations & Growth Coordinator to support our nationwide growth initiatives. This role works directly with the VP, Growth & Partnerships to execute marketing campaigns, manage HubSpot operations, coordinate webinars and events, support referral and partnership outreach, and maintain reporting across key business initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys turning ideas into action. This is a hands-on execution role focused on helping our team build awareness, strengthen partnerships, and improve access to neuropsychological and psychological evaluations across the United States.

Key ResponsibilitiesHubSpot Management & Marketing Automation
  • Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation
  • Create and maintain email campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Manage contact segmentation, lists, and marketing databases
  • Support lead routing and lifecycle management
  • Monitor campaign performance and reporting dashboards
Partnership & Referral Marketing
  • Support provider, health system, and payer outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate referral marketing campaigns and follow-up efforts
  • Maintain partnership marketing materials and communications
  • Assist with outreach tracking and campaign performance reporting
Webinar & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate webinar logistics from registration through follow-up
  • Manage attendee communications and reminder campaigns
  • Support virtual and in-person event planning
  • Track attendance, engagement, and post-event metrics
  • Organize webinar recordings and educational resources
Social Media & Email Marketing
  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms
  • Assist with content development and campaign execution
  • Coordinate monthly newsletters and email communications
  • Repurpose webinar, event, and partnership content for marketing use
  • Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
  • Track campaign performance and key growth metrics
  • Monitor webinar, email, and social media performance
  • Support data-driven decision making through reporting and analysis
QualificationsRequired
  • Experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation
  • Social media management experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Preferred
  • Healthcare or behavioral health marketing experience
  • Webinar or event coordination experience
  • Experience with Canva and marketing content creation
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and marketing technology platforms


Reports To: VP, Growth & Partnerships

Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 Hours per Week)

Growth Opportunity: This position is expected to transition to a full-time role by Q4 2026 based on performance and company growth. Candidates interested in long-term career development and increased responsibility are strongly encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, this individual will be confidently managing HubSpot campaigns and workflows, coordinating webinar execution, supporting partnership marketing initiatives, maintaining marketing communications, and delivering reliable reporting that helps drive organizational growth.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a meaningful role in expanding access to care for patients nationwide.
