You will be responsible for translating portfolio and business objectives into integrated, insight-driven marketing strategies that span HCP, pharmacy, and consumer audiences. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across brand planning, digital marketing, and go-to-market activation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, market access, CRM, and digital to ensure cohesive execution and strong market positioning. This is a highly visible role requiring both analytical and creative thinking, with direct influence on portfolio growth, contract performance, and product adoption in a regulated healthcare environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the Rx and contracted portfolio, including messaging, positioning, targeting, and campaign planning.
- Own annual brand planning activities and ensure alignment with business objectives and portfolio growth targets.
- Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns across HCP, pharmacy, and consumer channels to drive engagement, volume growth, and market share expansion.
- Partner with sales and managed care teams to support contract performance and drive effective pull-through strategies.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid media, CRM campaigns, influencer programs, and social media engagement strategies.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, including performance tracking, quarterly business reviews, and contract oversight.
- Collaborate with CRM and digital teams to design and optimize customer journeys, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Support product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio transitions including end-of-life planning and execution.
- Develop marketing materials, training tools, and messaging assets to support field and pharmacy sales teams.
- Oversee forecasting and planning activities related to promotional programs and free goods distribution.
- Ensure consistent alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective go-to-market execution.

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Strong background in healthcare, OTC, consumer health, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, and traditional channels.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems including SEO, paid media, social media, and customer engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns, including briefing, execution oversight, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors (media, SEO, influencer, creative partners).
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience collaborating with sales, market access, and HCP/pharmacy-focused stakeholders.
- Familiarity with pharmacy channels (including Medicare Part B) and HCP marketing strategies is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Competitive salary range of $154,000 - $180,000, with eligibility for annual performance bonus.
