Job Summary
The Senior Manager, UGC & Creator Partnerships is responsible for building and scaling a creator-driven content engine that fuels customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across Medterra’s portfolio of wellness brands (Medterra, Vena, five). This role manages creator relationships, UGC production, community engagement, and content operations while partnering closely with Growth and Ecommerce team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand advocates across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and manage a scalable UGC production pipeline focused on customer acquisition and conversion.
- Create creator briefs, content concepts, messaging angles, and content frameworks aligned to growth objectives.
- Review creator content, provide feedback, manage approvals, and distribute assets to internal teams and agency partners.
- Manage community engagement across owned social channels including comments, DMs, and customer interactions.
- Partner with Growth, Ecommerce, and Paid Media teams to identify high-performing content themes and creator profiles.
- Track creator, UGC, and community KPIs and continuously optimize programs based on performance insights.
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate content ideation, creator outreach, and workflow efficiency.

Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, community management, or social media marketing.
- Experience sourcing and managing creator partnerships and content production.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator ecosystems.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Success Metrics / KPIs
- Volume of approved UGC assets produced monthly.
- Creator recruitment and retention rates.
- UGC utilization across paid acquisition campaigns.
- Community engagement and sentiment metrics.
- Contribution of UGC programs to acquisition performance.
