WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Define and continuously adapt a 6–8 month product roadmap based on market dynamics and user insights.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog—translating vision into clear, actionable requirements backed by data.
• Lead discovery efforts: validate assumptions, run experiments, and own feature delivery from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate across teams within our global holding—aligning stakeholders, managing expectations, and building long-term partnerships.
• Partner closely with other Product Owners, especially around community growth and end-to-end user experience.
• Continuously assess the product's health—spotting bottlenecks, uncovering growth levers, and driving improvements.
• Define, track, and iterate on key product metrics (e.g., Retention, Churn, NPS, CJM, User Story Maps, Metric Trees).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner—iGaming experience is a must.
• A proactive mindset: You don't wait for tasks—you spot problems and propose solutions before being asked.
• Data curiosity: You go beyond surface-level dashboards to uncover hidden patterns and actionable insights.
• Strong ownership: You make decisions confidently and take full responsibility for outcomes.

• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and what makes an interface truly user-friendly.
• Experience translating business goals into clear product requirements.
