Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. The preferred location for this position is Sparks, NV but open to 100% remote. Overview: Join a global Japanese enterprise environment supporting a large-scale manufacturing client, focusing on data & analytics platforms that drive business operations and insights. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance across data tools, reporting platforms, and analytics systems-ensuring reliability and performance for business users. You will work cross-functionally with internal IT, data teams, and end users to resolve issues, support platform adoption, and maintain data workflows in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. Resource will be primarily responsible for providing technical support for the Japanese staff with:
- Modification and improvement of user interfaces for platforms such as Palantir, Celonis, and Tableau
- The client may also request assistance with new development projects

- Experience in analytics tool development (such as Palantir, Celonis, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data structures, including the ability to interpret data tables based on ER diagrams
- Must be bilingual in Japanese
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Japanese language skills are not required, but highly desired
