🔹 Required Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering, AI, or solution architecture experience

• Strong experience architecting and implementing enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions

• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and agent design patterns

• Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, ACP, prompt engineering, and context/memory management

• Hands-on Python development with data ingestion, ETL/data pipelines, and vector databases

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, or similar enterprise AI platforms

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows

• Strong understanding of AI governance, observability, security, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks

• Experience leading end-to-end AI implementations from solution design through production deployment
