Randstad, in partnership with our client, a leader in the life sciences space, is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. This is a 100% remote, 6-month contract role where you will be treated as an essential partner from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key point of contact for the neurology field team, you will manage end-to-end material development, digital updates, and event prep. Your main focus areas will include:

• Field Sales Materials & Engagement: Collaborate with creative agencies to finalize and roll out vital promotional assets (Quick Reference Guides, Trifold Banners, Reader Cards) and set up digital assets in Veeva CLM.
• Digital & Web Updates: Partner with external vendors to oversee ongoing updates to the brand website, ensuring business and compliance needs are translated beautifully.
• 2027 Event Strategy: Lead marketing content for the Field National Meeting and drive the creative strategy for priority 2027 congresses (AAN, SNMMI, AAIC).
• Speaker Programs: Advance early prep for the 2027 speaker program, including identifying potential qualified speakers alongside Regional Sales Managers.
• PRC & Operations: Support PRC routing and perform QC within Veeva PromoMats, while keeping projects on track with light budget and invoice management.

What You Bring to the Table (Required):

• Pharma/Life Sciences Background: Proven experience working within a highly regulated environment and navigating PRC/MLR approval processes.
• Veeva Mastery: Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva CLM, including setting up materials, managing metadata, sandbox testing, and iPad validation workflows.
• Agency & Project Management: A track record of collaborating with creative and MedEd/MedCom agencies to develop and operationalize field assets.
• Speaker Bureau Experience: Expertise in speaker bureau development, content creation for speaker decks, and logistics.
• Autonomy & Drive: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish timelines, and work independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) for light content edits.
• Experience managing Statement of Works (SOWs), tracking invoices, and vendor coordination.
