Youβll be working remotely from home within a small, dedicated international team, in a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. Our primary markets are Canada and the United Kingdom, but the role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in the world.
π£ About the Role
Weβre looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing remote team. There will be a 2 to 3 months training and selection period, where you will undergo training and also selection. If you successfully pass this period you will join our team on a longer term.
You don't need to have previous marketing experience as you will be provided training. The training and selection period would be paid (half of the normal monthly pay).

π Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Design and build ad creatives: static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics
- Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility
- Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Zapier, etc)
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
