Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Analyst will bring experience and a passion for data, leveraging digital technologies to port, extract, and report on data from company initiatives and marketing channels. This role requires critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and the ability to transform insights and trends into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital marketing campaigns, the integration of CRM tools across a marketing tech stack, managing digital connections through Zapier, and developing insightful reports. They will work closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to accomplish daily marketing operations tasks and assist in optimizing daily marketing operations.

This position is 100% remote.

This role will take on the following tasks;

  • Key Report maintenance and automation
  • Daily reporting automation
  • Marketing Workflow management
  • Execution of all marketing funnel system integrations
  • Marketing funnel audits and tracking

OBJECTIVES

  • Integrate digital platforms across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Manage CRM tools and digital connections to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Assist in various marketing operations tasks, including updating marketing meeting links, creating Zoom links, Shipbox tracking and backend management, Kajabi course creation, Select Your Rep pages, QR code creation, and handling marketing requests.
  • Assist in automation, such as lead form workflows, Typeform creation and integration, funnel integrations and audits, and general workflows.

COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in extracting, porting, and reporting on data from various data sources and marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze data trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Expertise in data reporting, KPI tracking, and developing comprehensive reports that drive marketing and business growth.
  • Skilled in integrating CRM tools and managing digital connections through Zapier.
  • Expertise in leveraging digital technologies to enhance data flow, data integrations, and reporting optimizations..
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply key benefits to the current tech stack.
  • Proficient in operating within and pulling reports from HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and Shopify.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Capability to transform insights and trends into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion with consistent daily communication and updates.
  • Proficient in tracking and campaign management through tools like Asana.
