Working cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, engineering, and compliance teams, you'll help improve conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign performance. Accountabilities
- Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns to drive high-quality mobile app user acquisition and improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance using key marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and user quality.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
- Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights using marketing analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Manage substantial advertising budgets while ensuring efficient allocation of spend and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance attribution, measurement frameworks, and user conversion funnels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, privacy regulations, and emerging digital marketing best practices while maintaining relationships with advertising platform representatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with significant ownership of paid search and user acquisition campaigns.
- Proven experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly advertising budgets and successfully scaling high-growth products.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads with a strong track record of campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Strong experience with mobile marketing measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer or equivalent solutions.
- Experience managing Apple Search Ads is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, and campaign reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, conversion tracking, and mobile measurement methodologies.
- Experience working within regulated industries such as fintech, financial services, payments, or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with additional acquisition channels including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or Microsoft Ads is considered an advantage.
- Google Ads certifications are preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
