Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Agentic AI & Integration Specialist

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead technical delivery within our project teams. In this role, you will serve as the primary hands-on technical lead, driving solution design, ensuring delivery quality, and mentoring technical consultants.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow implementations from design through deployment.
• Design and develop solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.

• Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes.
• Develop scalable solutions using GlideScript, server-side scripting, and Flow Designer.
• Implement automated testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Conduct technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Perform peer reviews, mentor Technical Consultants, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex delivery challenges.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including: ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), CMDB

• Proven experience leading technical delivery for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Certifications Required

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Three or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
