What You Will Do
- Deliver Excellence in Support: Provide exceptional first- and second-line technical support to internal users across Slack, Jira Service Desk, and in-person interactions.
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead the IT onboarding and offboarding processes, managing workstation setups, hardware provisioning, and secure system/VPN access configuration.
- Manage Infrastructure: Configure, install, and maintain laptops (predominantly macOS), peripherals, printers, CCTV, access control systems (ACS), and modern meeting room AV setups.
- Optimize Networks: Troubleshoot and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wi-Fi infrastructure, and secure VPN access utilizing Palo Alto networks.
- Maintain System Health: Execute daily system health checks, implement critical updates and patches, and manage IT assets and inventories within Jira Assets.
- Document & Improve: Document technical incidents and resolutions to build out a robust internal knowledge base in Confluence, driving continuous improvement for user satisfaction.
- Collaborate & Escalate: Partner closely with cross-functional IT teams to escalate complex issues and streamline global support processes.

What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical support, desktop engineering, or system administration.
- OS Expertise: Deep technical proficiency with macOS systems (Windows proficiency is a strong plus).
- Technical Problem-Solving: A proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently.
- Tooling Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern ticketing and documentation systems, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong user-first, service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: The organizational skill required to balance and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in an SLA-driven Service Desk environment.
- Familiarity with Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf.
- Hands-on experience configuring MikroTik and Ubiquiti network devices.
- Knowledge of AV/meeting room hardware (Logitech, Crestron) or CCTV/Access Control systems.
- Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) for desktop automation and provisioning.
- An understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
