Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Administrator

We're SecureIQ - an offshore talent agency building complete sales teams for growing companies. We're looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team by managing candidate communications, interview scheduling, onboarding, and recruitment administration.
You'll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while helping our recruiters move quickly and efficiently through the hiring process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate communications
- Schedule interviews across multiple client calendars and time zones
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and employment contracts
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview packs for clients
- Manage reference check requests and onboarding documentation
- Keep Workable and internal recruitment systems clean and up to date
- Tag, segment, and organise candidates within our ATS
- Post and refresh job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure all stages are updated accurately
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks to improve hiring efficiency
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Essential Experience
- 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
