Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning and targeting

Lead end-to-end campaign development from strategy through delivery
Develop clear creative briefs and performance objectives for creative and digital teams
Oversee content strategy, messaging, and creative execution across channels
Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, search, email, PR, experiential)
Ensure brand consistency and messaging coherence across all touchpoints
Coordinate timelines and dependencies across cross-functional teams
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search, and display
Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, programmatic, etc.)
Define targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign creative variations
Oversee A/B testing and experimentation to optimize performance
Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms to support campaign delivery
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and continuous testing
Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and business metrics
Conduct regular performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities
Prepare clear, data-driven reports that tell the story behind the numbers
Use analytics tools to monitor trends, conversion rates, and ROI
Document learnings and recommendations for future campaigns
Present insights and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client campaigns
Manage client expectations and communication throughout campaign lifecycle
Present campaign strategy, recommendations, and performance to client stakeholders
Address client concerns and feedback with responsiveness and professionalism
Build trust through consistent delivery, transparency, and strategic value
Identify expansion opportunities and support account growth
Partner with strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with broader brand strategy
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling campaign concepts
Collaborate with digital and performance teams on channel optimization
Coordinate with PR teams on integrated messaging and earned media opportunities
Support experiential teams on event strategy and activation planning

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives and drive campaign performance. You'll develop data-driven marketing plans, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and partner with strategy, creative, digital, and PR teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact work.

This is hands-on, accountability-focused work. You'll own campaign strategy, manage execution, track performance, and continuously optimize based on data. You'll be the glue connecting different functional teams to deliver against client goals.

What You'll Own

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop integrated marketing plans that translate client business objectives into actionable strategies
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning and targeting
